Hi! I’m Katie, and I’m a big believer in the p

This is what dating myself looks like 💁🏼‍♀️ In addition to “morning pages” (writing 3 stream-of-conscious pages in your journal first thing in the am daily), The Artist’s Way involves taking yourself out on “artist dates”—solo—and they’re SO much fun. That means for the next 12 weeks, I’m in an exclusive relationship with mySelf. I’m also on a strict no-dating + no-Facebook diet. To be clear, this work does not require a social media cleanse; this is just one way I can prioritize my creative recovery and commit to me. Some other benefits of this 12-week program:
*Unblocking your creativity
*Reconnecting to you inner child
*Becoming more able to articulate boundaries, dreams, and authentic goals
*Triggering synchronicities
*Transcending limitations
*Excavating buried dreams

I recommend this book to anyone + everyone that asks me for writing help. However, this process isn’t just for artists, writers, performers, or “creative” types; it’s for anyone wanting to feel more creative, spiritual, aligned, in the flow, and connected to themselves. I’m giddy to be starting The Artist’s Way – a book I recommend to all the writers work with – again! For this second cohort, my dear friend @ilanaingber is co-facilitating with me. Ilana is a talented artist and art + mindfulness to students of all ages, who has so much juicy info to share about her experience with the creativity-recovery process. This 12-week deep-dive isn’t just for writers, artists, performers, “creative” types, but anyone wanting to:
